Welcome to Pure Blue Japan. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of purebluejapan.org and any purchases made through the Site. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

1. General Information

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to make a purchase through our Site. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

3. Products & Pricing

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, and details accurately. However, colors may look slightly different depending on your screen, and natural indigo fabrics may have variations in color, texture, slub, and nep. Indigo color transfer during early wear and washing is a natural characteristic of indigo-dyed denim and is not considered a product defect.

Prices and product availability may change without notice. We may correct pricing or product information errors and may cancel an order affected by an obvious pricing error. If we cancel an order for this reason, you will receive a full refund.

4. Orders & Payment

Adding a product to your cart does not reserve the item. An order becomes confirmed after you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation email. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order when there is a reasonable concern about fraud, unauthorized activity, incorrect information, stock availability, or bulk resale.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are shipped to the destinations and by the shipping methods available at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, strikes, or other events outside our control. For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and have their original tags and packaging. Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or use may not be accepted for return. Final-sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, photographs, product images, logos, graphics, and website design, belongs to Pure Blue Japan or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 8. User Conduct

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You must not interfere with the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce harmful software, scrape or collect Site data without permission, create false accounts, or provide false information.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity carried out through your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to keep your account information secure, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pure Blue Japan will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts in France, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may give you the right to bring a claim in another competent court. Nothing in these Terms limits rights provided to consumers under applicable EU or local law.
